  This pizza place is so good! The pizza maker is excellent at his job and very dedicated. The boy working behind the counter with the backwards hat is very genuine and sweet, also very helpful. Love this place will come back again!!!

  No words can describe the horror I experienced with this place. Please be aware of a young caucasian girl that delivers from this restaurant. After a long day of work comes dinner prepping time, Via Napoli used to my go to when I can't get home on time to cook. After this girl came to deliver the meal to my home, it was confirmed that three pairs of shoes were stolen from the front of my home. The police cannot proceed with charges, as her face is not in the video. The entrance to my home is literally hidden, and I always have to provide restaurants directions to the entry way. Regardless, she is getting away with stealing and proceeding to work at this location because "all the months she's been working there". If you get delivery from this location meet them in the front of your home. I have lived at my location for over 2 years and never experienced such a nightmare.

  I have ordered from this place several times, and more often than not, there's some kind of problem. Tonight's order, like 3 previous orders came an hour earlier than I asked for it. So 3 of us are supposed to be sharing the Sicilian pizza I ordered, but my guests are not due for an hour. Now I have to keep it fresh in my oven. In the past I have had very good food from Via Napoli and not so good food. This was the worst. I've had frozen pizza from the supermarket that had more flavor and texture. My VN pizza was dry, had not one drop of oil or anything at all added to the "sauce", which was a minimal amount of unseasoned canned tomato. The.mozzarella was also minimal and the crust tasted like what I assume cardboard would taste like. I was supposed to be charged $18 for this mess, plus a tip which I added to my online order, and after a 10% discount my bill was to be $22. I gave the driver two $20 bills and asked for my $18 change. He handed me $23 back. I pointed out that he was giving me too much change and he said, that he was right, assured me he got his tip, and left. What a way to run a business! Two stars for the few times nothing was wrong with my order.
