  I didnt even want to put this one star the people are rude u talking to them and they talking with someone else they have no respect for the people thats giving the business i think this place need to be look at

  I didn’t even want to give a star for this place just go inside and see how rude and nasty this place is from the rude nasty ignorant employees to their dirty floor who walks into a pizzeria and walk out ? I purchased a slice ate the crust while my stomach turned and throw the rest out didn’t even bother to bite into the sauce uuucchhh ONLY REASON I ate the crust i know for a fact certain degree temp kills bacteria and germs STAY AWAY ORDER PRONTO PIZZA NEWDORP LANE

  Waited an hour for delivery, went outside to wait incase they were at the wrong house since it was taking so long. Called them back to have an EXTREMELY RUDE man on the phone saying they called (a half hour after I ordered) to tell me they don't deliver this far. When I asked why I wasn't told when I first ordered instead of waiting so long, he said "why should we tell people we don't deliver over a 2.5-3 mile radius!? How am I supposed to know where you were waiting for the food? You're angry that you sat outside in the snow waiting, does that make any sense!?" As if that was my main reason for being mad. I'm mad because instead of telling me you don't deliver here, (in which we were told they'd be here in half an hour by the way) instead we get a call at the time the food should have already been here, to tell us they're not coming. & Instead of automatically apologizing, this man became loud, rude, & tried blaming the whole situation on his customers with any excuse he could find. Used to order from here a lot with large groups of people, after that experience I would NEVER recommend Torino's over any other pizza establishment on Staten Island. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They should be ashamed. I've never once had any place tell me they could not deliver WAY after my address was said & order was made- it's always been right away. & Then to get nasty & ask why you should make it known to customers how far you're willing to deliver? Really? It's not that difficult to understand why you should publicize how far you're willing to deliver as a freaking pizza place... I wouldn't be SO ANGRY as to write this long review right now, IF I did not have to deal with that attitude when they were in the wrong. Pathetic.

  So I order a chicken parm hero, two slices of pizza, and a 20 oz Coke for delivery. Delivery arrives short of the two slices. My 4 year old boy becomes instantly upset because the pizza was destined for him. The delivery guy was cool. I had no problem with him. I called up the manager and reported the Retard girl who took the order. He makes good on the two slices which arrived about 35 minutes after I made the second phone call. When the two slices finally did arrive they were burnt and my boy wouldn't eat them. The chicken parm hero was delicious. You see what one person running the telephones can do by not paying attention? Just about ruined the kids night and got me upset.

  My dad went to the pizzeria for a while ago. He tried to pay for my red velvet cake for my surprise. The cashier told him to put the red velvet back. Cashier told him don't worry about it. They took the red velvet cake. My dad got really upset at them. We will never step foot in that pizzeria ever again.
