::This store is very close to my home; however, I will be hard pressed to shop there ever again. In August I purchased a phone that was to be "free" because I was opening a new line. The day the phone supposedly ordered was the last day of the promotion. I called Rob to verify that I would still receive the promotion and he said, "Yes, it is not a problem." Well to make a long story short I was charged on my account for the phone. I went to the story to tell them that I was being charged and the owner looked at my account. I was told to contact Verizon if the charges continued after 3 months. So, I did just that. Only to learn that Rob did not order my phone the day he said he did; therefore, my account could not be adjusted for the promotion. I spoke to a manager from Verizon that shared that this store is not a corporate store, but that he could see that the phone had not actually be ordered when he had said it was. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to work this out. The corporate office was finally able to help me with an account adjustment, but I will still be charged every month for the phone. Just now I called Rob and the store to speak to the owner. I filled Rob in on what I had learned and how unhappy I was with the service and he hung up on me. Yes, hung up on me.
