  Thank you so much for your expert knowledge! I started with a new iPhone cover. But I really knew that I needed to upgrade and get a new phone with the newest features for grandkid photos and for my busy interior design work photos and emails. I felt confident after Tyler's patient trustworthy knowledge to explain my new phone features. And glad I got the Asus tablet too with best tutorials for the new TV features too.

  SAUL USED MY NAME TO LEAVE HIMSELF A 5 STAR REVIEW!! Do not go to this store. Saul used the phone I turned in and was accessing my email over a week later. This review used to be 5 stars because Saul left it for himself without my knowledge. He was also accessing my husbands email a week after we turned our phones in. Saul was suspended for this but is now back at the store. Who knows how many of these reviews were left without the customer's knowledge. The store manager also cannot be trusted. He was informed about what Saul did and took no action. It wasn't until we contacted the district manager that this matter was investigated and Saul was suspended. I don't trust these people with my personal information and neither should you!

  Personal information was stolen by an employee at this store!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Saul was using the phones we traded in to access our emails without our permission. The phones were supposed to have all information deleted, but a week after we turned them in we learned they were still being used to access our emails. SAUL EVEN LEFT HIMSELF A 5 STAR REVIEW RIGHT HERE ON GOOGLE UNDER MY WIFE'S NAME!!. He was suspended but is back at work again at this store. I had banking information, credit cards and pictures of my child on that phone. Who knows what else he accessed before we figured it out. Do not go to this store, they cannot be trusted. We even had to contact the store manager multiple times before he took any action against his employee. The store manager himself is either incompetant or was in on it himself. It wasn't until we were in touch with the district manager that action was finally taken. DO NOT GO HERE. Who knows how many of the good reviews on here were left under other customer's names without their knowledge.
