  I needed to update and clean excess programs interfering with start up time and usage of my computer. The delays, the pop up and slow interference using my laptop was discouraging me from using it. I reside in Croton on Hudson and did not want to go to go far away and leave my computer with strangers for days of perhaps weeks to clean up my laptop. Gratefully, Computer Buddy is in Croton on 9A a straight route with parking near to my house. The owner Adam and computer specialist John were absolutely receptive to my needs and had my computer up and running in a day. They were excellent in explaining the problems to me and even explained the differences in the older and newer hardware that could bring me up to date with speed. The experience of a community "computer buddy" to keep me relevant with the latest technology and comfort of knowing they can carefully and confidentially keep me my computer health significant. Computer Buddy in Croton on Hudson makes all the difference. I felt like family and the cost was reasonable. Computers and your information on it should not just go anywhete.   What a fabulous experience. Adam came right to my home and spent about four hours setting me up with new computer CPU from soup to nuts. Explained in great detail what was going on, transferred all programs and saved data successfully, and charged me extremely reasonable amount for hardware, software, and, most important, his valuable time. Definitely recommend them to all!!!!!!!

  Croton Computer Buddy to the rescue!! They resolved a 6-month long computer-related issue I had in my office in 1 day. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I recommend them 100%!!

  Croton Computer Buddy went above and beyond. They weren't sure if they would be able to recover my information but they did. They upgraded my hard-drive to a new, more reliable solid-state hard-drive for a great price... They were patient and helpful. Work was fast, and trustworthy.
