  Verizon should take notes from these guys. Don't even bother with the corporate storefronts. Remarkable service, what a trip to the phone store should be like. Jared was superb.

  Exceptional customer service at this new VZ store in Southie! Terrence and John go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need (even stayed late to ensure I had successful backup and transition). This new store is a great addition to the neighborhood!

  Terrence is the best sales rep ever. (Shoutout to Jonathan too though!) I'm really glad I came to this location to become a new Verizon customer and get my new Samsung Note8! There's probably a bunch of different places in and around the metro area where you can get a phone but honestly? Don't bother going to any other place. This location- with this staff is the best - professional, expert knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, clear communication of technical lingo, and friendly. Thanks y'all

  I came in uncertain of what exactly I needed to do & how to change over my account. Within an hour I had my new phone & a new plan (cheaper than my last!) They even had everything swapped from one phone to the other & I was 100% up and running before I left! I highly recommend Terrence & the rest of the team. Bonus - No wait time like every other Verizon store I’ve been to and WAY more helpful!
