  THE WORST service of any store, rude people who have no knowledge of Verizon's terms and rules, they make up their own. If could give 0 stars I would, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

  JB was my helper. He didn't really seem to know the details of the transfer from old cel to new one. He was also watching a game on his monitor while helping me... not focused. Couldn't make the transfer work after 30 min of waiting. Maybe 45 min... other than that... store is nice and other employees seemed sharp.
