i sent a package overseas but fedex never delivered it, instead they delivered it to a customs office, where the package was held for weeks and ultimately was lost, fedex was of NO HELP. saying that it wasn't their fault and that i should shut up and suck it. in other words: i decide to trust a worldwide delivery service and not only i lose the money i paid for shipping but also the items as well, the company collected the money and was done with me. completely disgusting.

They are soo rude and they dont help you at all, I came here at 11:51pm february the 18th 2018 the first latino guy was so angry and rude when I asked him to print me just 2 pages a lazy drama queen and the second one agent guy was not available to help me to scan 2 pages, he told me to read instructions .Horrible horrible service that s why I never come here, I try to avoid this place as much as I can!!! Now i m leaving this place and tomorrow I will scan it in another place where they will do the job Quick with a smily face. This place sucks!😰I putted 1 start because it doesnt alow my to put O.

Would have been an in and out in 2 minutes task but the entire store was offline for the half hour I was there and when I left but someone was able to help me print finally using some alternate method...but it took half an hour before anyone could even do that. FedEx Kinkos is usually pretty efficient but not for me today.

The absolute worse FedEx. Never staffed enough, never aware enough, never good enough. It amazes me the amount of time one has to wait to drop off a prepaid package. For years used to walk in drop off walk out. Now they make you stand in line and wait after many others who are doing full shipping, while another employee stands in the copier area doing nothing or vacuuming instead of helping. The worst!
