::for almost 15 years I've been a VectraBank customer and this is one of the greatest locations when it comes to service with a smile. The staff are some of the best you can get in the banking industry. they have every option you could need to handle all of your financial questions. The service is over the top the cleanliness is amazing and the friendliness keeps you wanting to come back for more transactions. If they only just found a way to pass out some free samples.........

::I would give the Centennial Vectra Bank zero starts if I could. I came in on 7/25/19 to get change for my daughters lemonade stand and was denied. I was upfront in stating that I was not a member and just needed $60 in change. Some Banking Manager, by the name of Eric I believe, comes around to the tellers side and start typing on the computer. He overhears my request and asks how much change I need. I tell him $60 and he says smugly that the money in the vault is for our customers and that he has to save it for them. He has to protect the money in the vault or something like that. I so that is fine and leave the bank and head up to Wells Fargo where I do have an account. I wanted to test Wells Fargo and see if they would do the same thing. I go in state I need change politely and don't say I have an account. The nice lady fulfills my request and doesn't even blink an eye whether I have an account or not for change. So if you are looking for a bank that actually has good customer service then go to Wells Fargo because Vectra Bank - Centennial is terrible. They must be in dire straights if $60 dollars in quarters and dollars will disrupt the vault, heaven forbid. I did not like being treated this way and can only imagine how they treat actual customers. You will never see a dime of my money and I will definitely be telling others about this experience.

::if you aren't doing all of your banking here you just making financial mistakes. The staff and crew are out of this world. The service is top notch. You get greeted with nothing but smiles upon entry. They offer every service imaginable.
