  Disgusting company. Only cares about signing up for more mortgages. I asked if my loan was supported by CARES act, which I needed for a lawsuit, they did not even respond to my email. Only reason I am with them, is because, my loan was sold to them. Stay 10000 ft away from this crooked company.

  Take over mortages and can't get the previous details of the loan correct. Then they try to blame it on you. Horrible customer support. Horrible website. This company should be shut down. I would never get a mortgage through this company and I hope my current one gets transferred.

  After months of trying to get my PMI dropped, I finally hit 80.0 % LTV. They refused for so long because they base the value on the lowest appraisal from four years ago (my home value increased by $250k since). "Can't drop PMI because you're 80.1 % LTV." Soon as I hit 80 % they transfer my mortgage to another bank.

  My only issue with this bank is that they take over your mortgage and then suddenly you’re getting spammed every day for refinancing through them. I never gave permission for marketing emails from this company.
