  Only Muni runs through. No service under the tunnels but you might be able to get some snatches of service when the trains stop in the station.

  No wifi. Best you'll get is 3g (if you're lucky) while you wait for your train that will be undoubtedly late. Some just a minute or two, others more than 20 min. Thinking of taking a train from this station from 5pm - 7pm? Instead, walk or just move. Trains are packed like something out of a sketch. People, grumpy from being so close to others while sharing a combined smell I call San Francisco Heat, rarely offer assistance in getting in or out of the train. Prepare to push and push hard.
