  NEVER COMES THE ONE ANNOUNCED ON THE SCREEN. ALWAYS LATE. ALWAYS STOPPING IN THE TUNNEL. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE

  Calling Muni incompetent would be too kind. The organization is a detriment to SF tourism as well as everyday travel. But they're always willing to go on strike to get a little bit more of your money!
