  I had the best experience opening a savings account for myself and my son . Annie assisted us and was completely kind , patient, beyond helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I live in Bergen county and I drive to this branch only bc, of the kindness of the employees.

  Poor management, they do not concur with information, and they don’t give your money. It take 7 business days for a check to be valid, and it’s not even flexible, other banks are right there when you need them.

  Horrible. Can’t even support a family because these people don’t want to give me my money. Absolutely horrible customer service from Ryan the Manager

  Ignore those other low ratings. I have been a customer here since before the branch was rebuilt and seen 10+ years of perfect customer service. Frank has helped me a number of times and is always efficient and courteous. Never could i say one negative about any clerk or teller. If you dont care for this Valley bank, try any of the others and that is that. I will surely be enjoying their wonderful customer service right here for years to come.

  Do not use their ATMs. If you enter your PIN incorrect by mistake (humans make mistakes every now and then), the ATM will eat your card and they distroy the card next day. What an inconvenience! Who should I talk to when the bank is closed? What if someone is travelling? Its 2018 and about to be 2019. All other ATMs returns the card back to cardholders after transaction is completed. Not this one!
