  Sorry, but this was a terrible experience. He kept contradicting himself as to what the issue with the vacuum was: needed a new motor (but they wouldn't be able to get one because it was too old), but they could just tune it up, but that would be $189 (and no, the coupon was not actually valid), or they could change the motor, but it would be with something not Dyson so it probably wouldn't work anyway, and the price would be the same... and so on. Really I should get a new one. In the end, I took it to Dyson, who after 5 minutes looking into it (he did nothing more than turn it on and off), said there was nothing wrong with the motor but that it needed a new clutch and a couple of other minor things and they fixed it for $150 and said it should continue to last me for years. I called to give this info to them for future reference with Dysons, but he continued to argue about it basically implying Dyson had ripped me off!

  I cannot believe anyone got good service here. I have had the vacuum I bought there re-repaired twice, and it is now broken again after one use. I have been made to feel like it is my fault when I've gone back--after paying hundreds of dollars for the vacuum and hundreds more to fix it. Very rude behavior. Anti-customer service focus. The clear goal is to make as much money as possible. I will not be going back even though the most recent repair failed.

  Nice people and excellent service. I took an expensive Kirby vacuum that my Mom bought me a few years ago to vacuums unlimited for repair. They were able to fix it and clean it within a couple of days. I have also purchased two additional vacuums from this store. I wanted an additional vacuum cleaner because my Kirby is extremely heavy to be carrying up and down two flights of stairs from the top floor to the basement of my house. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products in the store and recommended a Royal. They have models on the floor to try out...which I did and ultimately purchased that a a handheld for my vehicle.

  I bought my vacuum at the Arlington location. I had done my research and narrowed down my search to a Miele canister vacuum. The owner of the store educated me on the quality of the product and the difference in models. I got a great deal on the Miele Complete C3 Cat & Dog vacuum and he even offered me an annual tune up for the next five years. I would recommend the store if someone is in the market for a new vacuum or service.
