  I made an order to my 4 windows and one door. Micheal a very nice guy comes and measures my windows and told me about "intimacy blinds". I was glad to be informed about those styles and called the store to let them know I would like to make changes on the style. They told me I needed stop at the store to make the selection from the intimacy blinds. I went and made my selection and paid in full and walked out of the store. Few weeks later, I got a call that the blinds were ready to installed. Michael came with two window blinds missing. Of course he just installs what they give him. Not his fault at all. I called the store, Laura Palacios answered and happened to be the person who assisted me when I made the switch to the intimacy blinds. She said she couldn't talk to me because she was busy and said she will call me in few minutes. She called 2 hours later and reminded her the reason I returned back to make changes on the blinds. There WAS NEVER a discussion of cancelling orders on any of the windows. It was a clear request. On the phone she had no customer service maners. No apologies. She kept saying she doesn't recall. She doesn't recall. I asked her if she could give me the original orders. She said she threw it away because the person who took the original order made "a mess". I say, she screwed up my order and wants to blame it on others. All she had to say was, I am sorry I cancelled your two windows by mistake. Finally, with an attitude she asked me if I want those missing orders. I said yes and why would have it measured otherwise. She said she will call me back to get my credit card infoemation. 2 hours passed. No call and they will close in 1:30 hr.

  Kind and knowledgeable in-store staff, short production time, immediate call when the order is ready to arrange for same day installation. Overall excellent service!

  Great experience. Nice showroom with a ton of options. Vanessa was very friendly and helpful in assisting us. The measurements were made by them, the blinds were quickly made and the install was quickly completed. Prices were better than their competition. Love them and love the lifetime warranty.
