I am so DISGUSTED!! I took my patient here to get her nails done and myself it's $25.00 for a full set and $15.00 for a full! I paid $40.00 per person told me afterwards! I walked in with two pictures and said can you do this!! Oh yes easy he said and the woman! The one woman says after she starts I don't have the stickers ok fine which was a gold line is all. I pick a whole bother easier design sit at a different table I said is that glitter no that's the stickers. SERIOUSLY!!! I ASKED for almond shape and gets round every nail is a different size on hers!! I am so disgusted 5 times I had her fix one! I should not have paid a fine it was awful! I have gotten my nails done for 17 years I am very plain and not over the top and don't make a fuss about my nails!! This is outrageous and terrible I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! They should have given a severe discount because we couldn't get the designs or shape we asked for which were very simple, or a gift card for 2 fills another time. We sat there for 2 1/2 hrs for terrible nails!! So upset!! In all these years I have never had such a horrible job!!

I had a gift certificate that expired 6 months after it was issued. I went in 6 months and 2 weeks after it was issued and they only would honor half of it. First of all, why does it expire in 6 months? Isn't the standard a year? I tried to go 2 times before and once they were closed (when they were supposed to be open) and another time was on a Sunday (I was unaware that they were closed, my fault). I tried to explain this to the owner and he didn't want to hear it. Very poor business ethic, he should've honored my gift certificate.
