  I called and made an appointment over the phone a week prior and when I arrived was told that they "do not have appointments" and they could not accommodate me...definitely lost a potential customer seeking a good spot for service.

  I love this place. The technicians were polite and I love the way my nails look. YES I recommend this salon .

  After an initial lapse in communication, I've found this place to be a lively and friendly business. Good people working hard in a personal service industry.

  Love this place! Sometimes there is a small wait because they can get busy (as most nail salons do around the holidays) but the service is great! They even opened early when I had my whole bridal party come to get their nails done. I always recommend them to friends and family.

  I've been going to J Nails for over 5 years. Wonderful people, consistent clientele and never had a bad experience. My nails are always beautiful.
