Many vegan options to try here. Best place to get vegan Thai curry pastes and different types of fresh mushrooms. 🔸️Note🔸️ If you are vegetarian, see the ingredients for every product you buy. Because they may contain non-vegetarian ingredients too like Shrimp paste, Fish sauces, etc.,

This is only the Japanese/Asian supermarket I go to and I’ve never had an issue with their products until now. This is one of my favorite chocolate snacks that I was looking forward to eating. That looks miserable! When was it imported from Japan?! I picked it up at the store a couple of days ago. Some of them on the shelf might be in the same condition. Please be aware…

This store is much more significant and more extensive than the one in Seattle. People should feel confident and secure with the food quality here; hence the price is relatively high. I love their deli section, especially the fried rice with BBQ. The store is clean, well-organized, and spacious, with fresh and clean produce. The staff is super friendly and welcoming to all customers. I would love to be back in the future.

Definitely one of the nicest Asian grocery stores in the area. I go to a lot of them and would say it's #3 on my list. #2 being H Mart and #1 being Asian family grocery near Edmonds on 99 due to its stellar prices, size and selection. For years the original Uwajimaya in the international district was my favorite but slowly their selection of many things diminished and now after the recent reset to become an almost standard grocery store it's dropped off the list all together... other than visiting for nostalgia. Now I will say this location of Uwajimaya has a solid selection, reasonable size and only suffers really from things being way too expensive. I guess it comes with the territory as while I was parking I saw a Ferrari and Lamborghini and I'm sure those guys have no idea if milk should be 3 or 8 $ a gallon.

Terrific grocery store with all my Japanese favorites. I find myself dreaming about the half duck combo meal that includes the half roasted duck, rice and veggies--easily enough for two. I love trying other ready to eat items, as I've never failed to enjoy this store's endless culinary adventures.
