This is probably the more expensive Asian grocery in the Issaquah area. Yet I've to shop here once in a while because it is the nearest and it has a good selection of spices and condiments. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Not too crowded as well.

High price ,poor service! ( CAD $5.99 Vancouver Costco soy milk selling for USD 9.99 in this store , that's more than doubled) . nothing fresh , bad service, the guy at the register kept talking with another guy in Shanghai dialect, from the time I went in to the store till I checked out, he scanned and said nothing to me, I waited for a minute, then I realized he would not say a word if I didn't ask him, I then asked how much, he replied: "card only" what the hell in the world is this guying thinking? Don't understand Chinese or English? I said you don't take cash? He said I don't have cash.....

Store employees need to either learn to take down signs for unavailable food items or put a little more effort in understanding English. I went there earlier to attempt trying out the braised beef noodle soup since it was a traditional dish back in my hometown, only to find out it was unavailable even though the sign was still up. The employee lady misunderstood my intentions and fetched me a large cup of braised pork with pickle cabbage. I also ordered take out for a side of fried rice as the former doesn't come with rice. My ultimate experience with these two take out items was below average. The food was saggy and warm, heating up would result losing the flavor. Waste of money, better go elsewhere for Chinese takeout lunch.

It was really nice to have a neighbourhood Asian Supermarket. However, we have tried multiple times over the years, we got snacks with no expiration dates that taste funny or rotten fresh products every time. The staffs gave me an impression that I owe them lots of money. Very unpleasant.

They have a wide variety of pastries and different things. The pastries are beyond amazing. We all sat in the car and ate before leaving. 🤣
