::Just the latest instance, said they couldn't access the delivery location (a 24/7 manned front desk) twice and never tried to deliver it again. This office routinely delivers bills after they are due.

::Absolutely awful service. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Continuously keep losing my mail and package. Take zero responsibility. Do nothing to change anything. The woman in the office acts like they are doing nothing wrong by delivering my mail to a wrong building or losing my packages. If I could give negative stars I would.

::Poor quality of service to the community.They do not deserve a rating. I am having major issues with receiving my packages from courier lying about schedule deliveries to this office not answering the phone. I agree with others to rate it a ZERO STAR.In order to post my review you have to rate it a 1 star.

::Just like the countless other's before me, I would definitely give them 0 stars if I could. They consistently mark my packages as "delivered" when they are not. Today's said, "Delivered. to the front desk or reception area at 11:39 am." I currently do not have my "delivered" package which was supposed to be here by 8pm today. Our receptionist said they didn't even receive our "normal" mail today either. And God forbid you try and call the annex to get a live person. The phone rings busy all day. This is THE WORST postal office EVER. Of course now they’ve marked it as delivered I cannot chose the option of having it held at the annex. I really wish Amazon would stop using USPS as a vendor. 2 items ordered on the same day. One item was straight UPS, which I got on time (who'd have thunk it), and the other item was the cringe worthy FedEx Smart Post. Which means I get to play the fun game of "will my package EVER really get here?!?!". I can only imagine how bad it would be if people still actually mailed letters and cards all the time instead of email.....

::If I could give 0 stars I would... I have to drive and get my own package from the Annex Post Office since they FAILED to try and deliver it to my work. They posted, "Attempted Delivery" Held at local post office at customer's request. I DID NOT REQUEST THIS.
