::About a year ago my mother sent me an important package from home via USPS paying for the fastest and premium shipping, making sure that it gets delivered to me and that I sign for it, etc. I'm still so angry I'm writing this review. She spent a lot of money trying to MAKE SURE I get this package. It was marked as delivered, left at the front desk of my apartment complex. However, they didn't have it anywhere. I went to this location to try and get some help regarding this (maybe they could make sure it was actually delivered or see if they can direct me to someone who can help) and the man at the counter was the most unhelpful human being who I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I used to look at all the horrible wars and dictators in history and wonder "how could somebody dehumanize someone else like that? How could somebody do this to another human being and make them suffer like that?" But after meeting this man I completely understood. I wouldn't classify him as a human but more as a horrible first-prototype customer service robot in a skin suit. No matter what I said or asked, he just told me that "if it's marked as delivered it's there and it's not my problem." It... Definitely is his problem isn't it? He works for the delivery service and my package wasn't where they said it was. A month later my mom gets the package back with "They no live here" sprawled across it in sharpie. The address perfectly matches the address on my ID which is the address I live at and am currently writing this review from. I live here. Worst experience I have ever had with another "human" being. Smashing my face against a wall until my package was found would have left me more satisfied.

::I don’t know why I’m still doing business there... I’m renting P.O. Box at this office for two years. Service is real bad. Personal most of the time treat customers like “we don’t care...” phone number is never answer. People pretty often complain about lost or stolen packages...

::yeah, so you're going to have to wait in line………like any other public service! staff was super cheerful and polite, and working as efficiently as they could be, given the circumstances.

::My package from Philadelphia was never delivered to 814 Carolina st even though I was getting updates on redelivery Tried calling and got ringing and no answer also got ringing pick up and hung up on without even answering my call This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with and if I were in charge there I would fire all workers for incompetence. My package was sent out december 16 and was told 3 day service would be december 19 Package was supposedly delivered on december 20 recipient was home but never was told he package arrived they have a system, in their home that alerts them and also a telephone number on the mail box to call as there is no secure spot to leave pkg this was never done Now as of today still no pkg which were christmas cookies that were never delivered and are probably in crumbs by now. This post office is a disgrace to the USPS and I am not the only one that thinks this as I have been reading some of the reviews

::I came in here with pretty low expectations (not a lot of places on Google Maps have average reviews this low), but it was a pretty smooth experience. There was a supervisor type person hanging out by the line who got me ready with the right envelope, so I got checked out pretty fast. The line was like three people long. The place was nice and clean.
