  This branch needs to retrain they're employees. They're tellers give out the wrong info that causes others lives to suffer. And then after going back the next day to try and figure it out I was treated extremely poor. Then after asking for the guys name he tells me his name is Anthony the branch manager I could not believe how this person was able to be put in the position of manager with the extremely poor customer service skills he has. If I found out one of my employees, especially a branch "MANAGER" treated a customer like that they would be fired on the spot. The person had an attitude before I could even finish telling him what was going on and what the problem was. I would definitely find a different branch to go to.
