  By far the worst experience ever. I recently went to the branch off La Vista since I just moved right down the street. I was happy to see my Bank was near by finally. As I walk in, I see not one but their whole staff on their phone. The one girl on the far wouldn’t even get up and had an attitude with me. She asked for my ID and then threw it back at me. I said you didn’t have to throw that back at me but thank you. I let her know how I liked my bills 2 times because I wasn’t sure if she heard me the first time. She still didn’t listen to me. Typically that wouldn’t bother me so much but I had followed my request with why I had needed it a certain way. She just seemed like she didn’t care what I had to say and that I was not worth her time. I wanted to open up and extra account for my family, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will never recommend this place to any family or friends. Seems like they do not care about their customers at all. So sad.

  You'll have no problem finding a parking spot here, it's easy to notice from traffic fast and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Amanda is an awesome teller!

  Accessbank is a wonderful bank to bank with everybody is super friendly. The bank tellers are extremely nice and can answer any questions you have. The extremely professional and extremely courteous!
