  Slowest bank ever .. especially when handling business accounts .. people don’t want to stand around and talk all day... I appreciate the how is your day but moving at snail speed is unacceptable.

  Always have a smile and a kind word but the slowest service I've ever had. Two tellers. Customers at each teller. 12 minutes wait and 8 minutes to do a deposit. I will stick to the ATM inside Smith's. Personal service isn't worth it.

  Talk about bad customer service. I was first and they changed tellers on me because they were closing soon. I mean I understand that you close soon, but at least finish with me before you handle the person that was behind me.

  Usually this place has some of the best attitudes and are so helpful but lately i have come i was very displeased. The woman who seemed extremely annoyed to deal with me, began wasting my time arguing with me about another form of ID. I wpuldnt mind only I didnt have one. I have been going here for 2 years with no problem, until this woman started cashing my checks. I was not able to find a name on or near her desk. I will not be coming here anymore due to the lack of costumer care. The only person who has been nice and helpful was a tall Black man whose name i don't remember when i came about a month ago.
