  The customer service at this bank is terrible. There is one guy that is easy to work with. That's it. But I put up with it because it's my closest branch. However, after attempting to call this branch five different times to setup a business account, and finally talking to someone who very rudely said that he would not setup an account for me, I think I will be finding a different place to bank all together. Not to mention the automated calling system that runs you around in circles before actually talking to someone.

  Worst customer service I've ever expirienced. They can't even keep their word, making promises they can't keep you guys don't even deserve a damn star.

  The customer services at this bank is at an all time low. The assistant manager was of no help in trying to assist me. She basically brushed me off within one minute of sitting down and told me she could not help me. I contacted citimortage who insisted that I go back inside the bank because they should be able to help me on behalf of citimortage. I returned inside the bank, again the assistant manager behavior was rude and unprofessional. So, instead of her helping make the matter right she put me off on the lead teller, who was very helpful and made sure he made the necessary phone calls to assist me. Now although, she didn't want to assist me, she made it a point to leave her customer and request that the lead teller copy the check as if I'm some type of criminal. Smh

  This place have some of the worse customer service from the bankers I went into this branch 7 times to open a account and every time they turn me away with out even asking me my name I was given the run around I have never felt so insulted in my life I'm now looking for a new bank no one even tried to make it right someone need to tech them customer service

  Citibank has been a breath of fresh air for many reasons to me, and the staff at this location are always quite pleasant and ALWAYS helpful.
