  Continually misled about aspects of their programs, and then blamed and charged excessive fees without even an apology or recognition of their incompetency. I’ll be moving my personal and business account out of here this week. Absolutely disgraceful service, even to loyal clients in good standing. Do yourself a favour and move to many of the other banks in Seattle that treat their clients with respect and honesty.

  I had a question about a wire transfer, and asked if they can help me to call wire department. The manger said there is nothing they can do. I tried another branch, and guess what, there are a lot they can do for me.

  I've been an account holder at US Bank since 2000 and have always been happy. I like this branch - they are always welcoming when I come in, and generally tellers recognize my face.

  If i could i would give no stars. Went in there last week trying to open a bank account at was helped by a nice lady which i didnt catch her name. She told me i would be help in a few minutes. But along came another and kept asking me my citizen status and if i didnt have a social i couldnt open one. She was not nice about she was very rude i explain how i had an account before which i closed but she kept going and going about my social. I will never recommend to anyone. I felt so disrespected.
