  Since the Chase on 5th closed I had to start going to this location. Consistently, during lunch hour (noon for many people downtown) the bank only has one teller because their others are quote “on their lunch breaks”. That would be fine if their customers weren’t trying to go to the bank during lunch.... as a result chase customers spend half of their lunch break waiting in line. This problem is as easy to solve as having your staff take a late or early lunch...

  Came in to open an account. I arrived at 5:15 and was made to wait while the only banker on staff was (apparently) taking care of personal business. I know for a fact she didn't look up from her cell/desk long enough to see the customer staring at her. It was 5:25 when I was able to speak to someone and I was told I couldn't open an account because it was past 5:15.

  Walked in, no one came to greet. So I just decided to wait for the next (only) available banker. Waited for 15 mins and was told by the banker she is going to have lunch. Asked to come back in 1hr.
