::Not wanting to deal with in-person service from another post office closer to me, this Bellflower location never disappoints in terms of helpful, friendly and efficient employees. Counter employees are mostly great and service lines vary by season and time of day. As the line was getting a bit long just before closing on Friday, a nice gentleman named Chris came out to help the window clerks by seeing if he could assist the customers in line. He assisted me with a parcel as we used the self serve kiosk to the left of the counter. I've used them before without any problems but he showed me a useful tip for the next time. I was out of there in no time. Parking lot is usually full but nearby street parking is also available.

::Costumer service was good. But the supervisor was totally unprofessional and sooo rude. She interrupted the guy helping me and asked what time was his next appointment he said 9:45. She looked at him and rolled her eyes at him and told him to hurry. I still didn’t have my question solved. I looked at her and asked her if she had a problem. She said she has a line and wants to hurry up. (4 people in line) I told her that his next appointment was until 9:45 so I still had 10 minutes to solve my passport situation. Mind you everyone in line has an appointment and weren’t complaining. She doesn’t know how to treat costumers or her employees. She wants everyone to hurry without them getting the help they need. She ignored me and walked away saying stuff. Like who does that? And she’s the supervisor. But in a good note met a man name Marty right outside the post office. He works for the post office such a sweet man. And what I could tell, everyone loves Marty. People passing by saying hi to him, honking at him to say hi. That’s the kind of supervisor we need. A Marty.

::Great services for a USPS location. It's not the best but worth the trip. Lots of postal locations get a bad rap and this is not exception. Give them a chance and they will pull through. I enjoyed this location, was passing by the area and needed to make a quick drop, was my first time here. Pleasure to walk in to and clean.
