::Poor customer service. You have to do their work for them most of the time when trying to return a package. They canโt tape the package themselves, they make you buy a strip of tape to seal the package and you have to label the package yourself.

::Went there for a passport renewal service ! Since it was my first time, I was bit confused ! But TEE, Teeariah was really patient and extremely helpful.. she went through each procedure step by step.. wow! Very professional ! Glad I came here instead of Berkeley passport . No line ! And wait time

::One of the best post offices around. Staff are friendly and fast at taking care of your packages.

::I drop off 4 packages at this location , each of them about 4 pounds. The staffs getting mad at me and ask me go to the USPS at San Pablo next time because their truck is too small ! I ask for a drop off receipt, one of the staffs said next time ask before I take the packages, another yelling that โ she will not be here next time, she must go to the one at San Pablo!โ I donโt understand why they are so mean? I donโt think 4LB package is big and if it is, I can dropped them off at somewhere else next time. Pls donโt yell at a costumer! I just want to ship out my packages. The worst US post office I never met! I will never get in this place again!

::Contrary to the bad reviews, I visit this USPS quite often (at lest 3 days a week), and have only ever had amazing service. The staff is super helpful, understanding, and patient. They have a nice selection of shipping supplies, and stamps.
