::The young girl that works here , I think she is Mexican, is very arrogant and always makes mistakes when placing my shipments. I have a lot of shipments and very often, and whenever she handles them I know that not only will I get the worst deal and service, but I am scared for my shipment. The girl needs to work on her attitude and is a very bad employee. Terrible customer service. But the other ladies that work here are so wonderful and go beyond their way to assist you. I pray every time that Philippino lady assist me whit my package.

::Talk about slow service, waited in line 20 minutes, eventually I just got tired of waiting and walked out... I mean if you can't seriously finish helping a customer in over 20 minutes then maybe you need to reevaluate your service.. I mean that's really pathetic and I was only the second person in line. If you've seen zootopia... It's like that, except with a line out the door, staff chatting loudly on break. No wonder the postal service is going out of business when you have this kind of customer service. I strongly advise not to come here unless you got all afternoon to wait in line

::I like this post office because it is very convenient to get there. It is located outside of Horton Plaza. They do shipping, money orders, faxes, gift cards, and greeting cards at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful.

::I have been a customer at the Horton Plaza Post Office for at least 20 years. I have always received excellent service at this post office even during their busiest season they take the time to advice me on the best mailing/shipping for my package. The staff is very friendly, if I see them outside the post office they always say hello and have a friendly smile
