  Unsure why they have a “schedule pickup” option for packages. No one ever picks them up. Out of several times trying (to give them the benefit of the doubt), they picked up once. ONCE. It’s just ridiculous. Don’t offer it if you can’t get the job done...

  No one was working the front desk when I walked in to have a package delivered. Waited several minutes. When I asked for tape to affix the return slip on the outside of my package, instead of being politely offered to buy some, the worker rudely said, "This isn't a free store." When I responded that I would go somewhere else, the worker responded, "Great." I am from out of town and have multiple bad experiences at several USPS locations in the area. Can't wait for Amazon to one day to take over our mailing services because my tax dollars are going to waste with USPS.

  Rude service; I placed items into an envelope as the two ladies watched, because they had nothing better to do. I was walking out where they yelled at me "you're going to have to pay for that!" The envelope I used was one they charge on, but didn't list the price on the rack. The other USPS envelopes were not chargeable, but they didn't inform me until I was leaving. Your customer service skills are horrible and that is the demise of the USPS. I can't wait until the service is cut to 3 days a week. That's all they work anyway!
