::I left my apartment number off my package. I was able to catch it before they returned it with the help of several usps workers. They went above and beyond even though they were so busy! So grateful for their kindness and great attitude.

::I was not home to sign for a package so I requested to pick the package up from the PO. Iโve gone up there THREE times and my package is not there. All they do is pull up the tracking history as if I have not checked that before going up there. Then they asked for my name and number and said they would get with the โcarrierโ and call me back. Of course nobody called. The ladies working the counter are extremely rude and do not care to go out of their way to help with anything. They definitely do not need to work a customer service job. They look at me like I am stupid when all Iโm trying to do is pick up my package. Not to mention they were rude to everyone not just me.

::Very unfriendly customers service, wrong information & advice ๐ . 3 times bad service & experience !! - Estimate for a package ๐ฆ to send to Europe 2 different $$ prices 2 time stay in the line!! - Passport information was horrible the customers service . (Like she did not want to work today ) ! - I received a package ๐ฆ from Germany ๐ฉ๐ช Package ๐ฆ was very damaged and missing items about $150 Again a wrong information & advice what I should do . ! The supervisor said Go to The website and I need to put a claim in ....?! I did not send it .... I received the package ๐ฆ .... I can NOT put a claim in !! I am very speechless about the customers service . Spending time on phone and in the post office in Bartlett and no one have the interest & knowledge to help .! !

::Awesome experience! The line moved very quickly, and the ladies at the counter were all very helpful and in great spirits. . . Given it's a Saturday and they probably NEVER slow down (the line was 10 or 12 deep when I got there), their attitudes alone speak well to their character. . . Further, the one lady that I could hear and see interacting with others was not only all smiles, she was going out of her way to help people save money, get things done quicker, etc. . . I don't mind trips like this one! Now if we could get the same thing going at the DMV!!

::I been waiting two days for my delivery. USPS never reported to me as of today that they attempted to delivery a computer to the mailbox huh? I checked Amazon and they are giving me updates. USPS never left a note in the mailbox . I spoke with them on the 28th of June and they told me my delivery with be at my door no later than 8pm of the 29th. Itโs 9:10pm June 29 no delivery. I will be filling a complaint to the BBB I donโt know how thatโs going to help but it will go on their record!!
