::Place is nice, parking is available opposite side, nice people except one lady, Don't go in the mornings cause she is there and definitely give you a hard time, also ruin your day. She has so much of negativity in everything. There is a short hair lady and a gentleman, they are awesome.

::Horrible customer Service! I came the other day with my family to renew my passport and everything was going fine till a different lady for a different room then the lady taking care of us slammed the door open rudely "YOUR 35 MINUTES LATE, YOU CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE, YOU HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I'M GOING ON MY BREAK AND SHE GETTING OFF of WORK!!!”(the lady helping us)I was in shock that she yelled at us like we were her dog that broke something. In front of people too! I understand that we were late but she could handle the situation better instead of making a whole scene, totally unprofessional!!! I can’t help but feel it was racially motivated that she yelled at us Mexicans. (she was white)

::If you want to have your passport done or renew, don't not ever come to this place. I went in today for the appointment on renewing my passport. I went in I tell her what I'm here for and give her my document. she was like talking to her friend and shuffling through everything without even taking a look at it, then she told me I need my nondrivers license ID but what I putted online was my expired passport, SSN, and birth certificate. I told her and she was like "oh without a nondrivers license ID, we couldn't help you, please make an appointment some other time" I was mad because to make another appointment mean I have to wait another month or two.
