  I bought a P.O. Box at the location to protect my orders but it turns out to be worst than my address. I am a honest person and I don’t keep stuff that is not mine. This post office gave me and my children other peoples orders couple of times and when ever we go to the post office to return them, instead of thanking us for bringing peoples stuff back , they get very defensive and rude. They don’t do their job, they are just there to make the hours. Most times they do not put the yellow slip in the mail box to pick up your package. Your package will be sitting there and they won’t give them to you. Even though the shipper would tell you that your package is being delivered, they will tell you it is not and before you go back to pick up your package, they would have given it to someone and you would end up losing your order. Couple of days ago , my son’s brand new iPhone was missing at the post office. It was delivered to the post office by ups and they gave it to someone else as usual. They gave us an empty box. It was a $500 iPhone. When we complained they did not express any concern and they were very rude and defensive. We have lost countless packages at this post office and we have been sending our packages there since we moved to this new location. After this six months end , I will never pay for our packages to be delivered there.when we first moved here, our packages were getting lost and we thought our neighbors were stealing our packages and that was why we paid to get a PO Box to protect our packages , not knowing that it was the post office that was giving our packages away. This post office needs a lot of changes and accountability.?The workers there are the worst!!!

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa over the phone and she was extremly professional! I also had the pleasure of working Ish to submit a renewal and 3 first-time passport submissions and he was extremely professional. His customer service is top notch and I appreciate him. Thank you

  Worst post office to submit passport services with i got a nasty ignorant Indian worker who was rude and very unprofessional in front of my children they should not have employees in the post office that conduct themselves in this manner i am a business owner and would never treat a client in that manner especially that I was there with my children doing there passports I would never go there for anything ever again. This location should just shut down if there gonna treat people this way.

  HORRIBLE PLACE! Go anywhere else! The post man is an illiterate who is constantly giving the wrong mail from addresses not even close to being right. The customer service is awful the people are rude, nasty and condescending. Their negligence cause me a lot of money. I saw on the site that my mail was supposed to come at around 9 pm but later I get a notification that it was dropped of at 10 am, but by this time the package was gone. I was at home but no doorbell or nothing if I could have gotten a simple ring I would have my package now instead of having it gotten stolen or possibly the post man brought it to the wrong house because he can’t read. So I go to the post office and this lady tells me that she can’t help me and it’s not their fault with a nasty and condescending tone whilst smiling at me. I suggest to you all to avoid this place if you can help it.

  They never attempt to deliver the package ordered .. they aways say attempted ... I thought mabe the first time I might have missed them. Then I realize they don't even attempt. I sit outside all day on days I expect to receive my package and check the tracking number .. they never come and all of a sudden it says they attempted to deliver but couldn't be reached
