::This one star rating isn't necessarily a reflection or a ranking of the United States Postal Service (USPS) as a whole. This particular branch of USPS though deserves a zero star rating but unfortunately Google maps doesn't let one expose that low of a level of satisfaction and experience. Having lived in the St George neighborhood for almost 10 years straight and having moved to a different neighborhood right before the start of 2022, I can say that I have had a long list of horrible, horrific, aggravating, frustrating, disappointing, head scratching, confusing, irritating, insulting, disrespectful, infuriating, rude, hostile, aggressively uncooperative, unproductive, wasteful, unnecessarily time consuming and wasting, expensive, degrading, humbling (in a negative manner), humiliating, unworthy, uncalled for, out of line, out of pocket, out of turn, and near wicked experiences in, at, with and from this particular branch of the USPS located right next to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal on Bay Street in the St. George section and neighborhood which serves the 10301 zip code, quite inefficiently might I add. It seems that in the near decade that I've lived, worked, frequented, thrived & survived in this neighborhood, that every single individual that USPS has hired at this location is inadequate with a major attitude and superiority complex despite their screaming obviously terrible customer service and care. Whoever has been in charge of sorting the mail here and making sure it is delivered to the proper people at the correct address needs to learn how to read and properly direct the delivery drivers. Not to mention, in my time in the 10301 zip code, more often then not, any and almost all of the times I was waiting on an extremely important piece of mail, and sentimentality priceless letter from a far off family member, paycheck and packages, I either never received the package or parcel at all whatsoever with absolutely no compensation or even an attempt of an explanation. Either that or the people inside are corruptly missorting packages and stealing things. Also, I've never had such rude inconsiderate and disrespectful customer service representatives treat not just me, but literally everyone I know in h neighborhood with blatant aggressive disregard and ignorant arrogant attitude. Location needs to be audited. Everyone fired and a whole new set of management and employees to be the crew.

::Worst place to go. This Indian guy was very disrespectful when the debit card machine wasn't working, I kept pressing button and it wasn't working so he said take your stuff n leave , it's my fault. Huh? So he was just acting crazy saying wasn't you here before? I know you, your rude guy!. I never been there before. I just took my package and went else where, to great kills where they treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. . I hope you guys have a better experience here at ferry term. Location then I did.

::This is regarding an employee a 45 Bay St STE 2 location, employee’s clerk ID is :55 , I’ve been coming to this location for so many years and everytimr I enter I wish I won’t get this clerk, but unfortunately today I did. He is a young white man, extremely rude, no pleasantries nothing…treats each customer in the most awful way. If you’re not interested or dislike customers you shouldn’t be working as a Customer service representative in the first place. The 1st day I met him I thought maybe he’s having a bad day…but no every single time I get him or when I see someone else go up to his counter he is extremely rude and treats them so horribly. So many sweet and beloved senior citizens of this country visit this place to do their business and I don’t wanna see him disrespecting any one of them or anyone in general. I request USPS to investigate on this individual. He is bad for your business and for what your business stands for, at least remind him the proper customer care training that he clearly forgot along the way…
