  staff doesn't want to commit the mistake, I gave "a" in the address, she typed "o". Once I pointed out the mistake and asked her to amend, she refused and said receiver post office could recognize it, because I also wrote the correct address on the box. Then she gave me a customer survey form. So stupid, what are you expecting from my customer survey?

  The lady who suppose to work overthere don't know what to do I fill up the papers for change address like month and half and after all this time I found out still nothing change pls check the people and choose them well before hiring them

  I gave 5 stars because the staff always friendly and courteous! The place desperately needs an upgrade! It’s looking rundown and sometimes the credit card machine and the scale stop working! I tried to use the gifts cards and the clerk could not even activate them! It would be nice to have 2 windows for service ✅

  I use to love this post office but NOT ANY MORE!!! This post office need to bring back the young African American clerk. lol 😝 I’ve been here almost 2 years and since the brought on this new clerk there’s always a line from open to closing. The elderly complains all the time because they’re unable to stand for long periods of time.. smh Not sure what she’s doing wrong but she needs to be transferred and hopefully they can bring back the original clerk.
