::I went to send Priority Mail Express International. I pre-paid online and printed the label myself. Also brought QR code for them to print out the lable, in case they don't accept my label. The woman at the counter was not polite, definitely not so bright, but got the job done. She says "NO." when I asked her if they print the lable. When I asked her if I can use the lable I printed, it took her 10 minutes to figure out what it was. Their counter was a mess. After looking at these reviews, I am concerned if my mail will be lost or arrive at the destination on time...

::Incident happened a while ago with one of the older clerks: Went in to drop off a package. Purchased postage online as usual same dimensions and weight as usual, only this time clerk stated my package needed to be in a flat envelope instead of a box, keep in mind I had purchased postage online and had previously sent packages with same weight and dimensions, don't know why the clerk stated it was over the weight and needed to be in a flat envelope... anyway I agreed to pay the amount for extra weight but he said he couldn't do it because I paid online, so then I asked how do I get a refund for the postage so I can pay for a new one right now and he said he didn't know. So I asked if I could get my package and he didn't want to return it. I asked if I may please have my package back and I would go find answers at another post office and he kept saying I didn't understand what he was saying while keeping the door open so I wouldn't open the door on my side and get my box. It was all going back and forth trying to just get my box and go somewhere else for at least 5 minutes. I don't know what came over him that he tried to keep my package like I didn't ask him to return it at least 6 times while he kept trying to say I needed a flat envelope... finally he closed his door and I was able to open the door on my side of the window and get my package. Went to another post office.. scary and overwhelming experience.

::Don't understand how is this location is still open for business. In one month two of my packages were stolen in this location. According to one of the ladies working in this location, if you drop off your package into the slot thats inside the building, there a chance your mail can get lost on the way to the main office. Because they have no contact with this mail, only the carrier that comes from the main office. So if you drop off your mail in the slot, there is no way to prove you dropped off, because they don't even touch anything getting dropped in the slot. That explains why so much mail in this location gets lost and stolen

::If the option of "zero" stars was available, that is how I would rate this government facility! Judging from previous rating, my encounter was par for the course! I mailed a package from Jacksonville, FL on MONDAY, 2/13/17, via 2-day priority mail.....to make a long story short...the package sat some place for more than 31 hours, then when it finally made it to CA, it got LOST at this post office, after a failed delivery attempt where it indicated there was "no access???" The intended party did not get package until FRIDAY,2/24/17, and only after demanding staff to search for it because she would not be returning to pick up a package that was to be delivered to her door!!!! Next time I'll just wire it!
