::I got to the post office 6 minutes before they closed and it was closed, and now I have over 50 packages that I’ll be stuck with for a week because I am swamped with work. Do better, and don’t be lazy.

::I’m not sure why this post office has such a low rating, it is like a dream compared to the Berkeley ones. The clerks are always friendly and efficient. I have always been able to get in and out in 5 minutes when mailing packages.

::Posted hours are 9 to 5. By 10:15 no one had opened up. At some point a worker appeared behind the counter, but would not acknowledge the 8 or 9 people patiently waiting. Eventually someone knocked and the worker shouted "10 minutes!" So I went to the branch on shattuck and they were very nice and helpful.
