  Worst customer service the don't want to work Bank is empty and the said you need apoiment Ok The talk you any excuse to no help you Even if you have everything you need to open and bussines account the will look for any excuse Very terrible customers services You came on the apoiment exactly time and the lady still on lunch You wait more I recommend you going to the branch on Eastlake is 10 minutes distance I rare to drive the are on Eastlake brunch Very professional

  The ATM charged me for the service. But did not ask me how much a needed. The MADAM at the bank told me she couldn't do anything about because it wasn't my bank. To go fix it with my bank. Will never stop at this location Again. Have a nice week.
