  Private Client relationship potentially saved. Very well run financial center. I had just had a bad experience at a different financial center not too far from this one in which they canceled my scheduled appointment after coming up and waiting in line at the Mexican border for multiple hours for a scheduled appointment in which an employee decided to go rogue and create policies, which are not that of the Bank. CASSANDRA W you are a wonderful asset to JPMC and you need to be recognized for your hard work.

  Horrible service . The girl bank teller has rude attitude to me today and unprofessional .Chase should fire her . I don’t know her name. She has very curly hair and look heavy

  Don't go here terrible service long lines. The one on Palomar used to be excellent. This branch is shameful will me changing banks.

  Helpful staff, friendly tellers, very low wait times compared to other banks.
