  This is absolutely the best sushi in town! They have a fantastic lunch special that comes with either 2 or 3 rolls, depending on what you want and soup or salad. The dressing on the salad is a ginger dressing and so good! I usually do the 2 rolls and a salad and then add a "special" roll. My favorite is the Out of Control roll. The service is great as well! Everyone is very friendly and attentive.

  I love this place, I discovered it when I first moved to Bellevue. I was looking for some great Asian food and I read the reviews on Umami. Then I looked up the menu on their website and noticed they had a chef that had started out in New York and he has an impressive bio. I decided I had to try it and have been coming back ever since. This time I had the shrimp and steak hibachi. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The sauce was delicious, I loved the salad and soup that come with it as well. I plan to continue to go every time I return to try even more items on their menu. Service is always great and the food is always perfect. They have an excellent drink menu. From the outside it doesn't look impressive and the inside is not fancy but the food is great!

  Love this restaurant! Sushi as fresh as we had it IN Japan! Excellent service as well! Huge menu, so many choices and everything we ordered was delicious and timely. Highly recommend!

  Placed a very good sized order for 9 adults. It was ready for me within a couple minutes of my chosen pickup time. All 9 orders were labeled just as I had requested and all 9 people got exactly what was ordered. All were pleased with their food, and nothing was missing. Very nice presentation. 10/10, will return!

  Are ya kidding me with this perfection!? Matt was our waiter and a very amazing one at that. He always made sure we were happy and our needs were fulfilled! This sushi— hands down— TOP NOTCH. We will be back & I can’t wait! 🍣🍱
