  Drive through is priority, to the point where the manager will tell the employee in front of you to stop working on your order that's almost finished (as in put 4 more donuts in each box) to do a bunch of drive through orders and then call you rude for pointing out that you're still waiting on your order. The manager also only gave me 11 donuts instead of the dozen I ordered. I know math is hard, but it's pretty obvious when there's one empty spot in the box... Nice cashier though!

  Some of the most GENUINELY helpful, polite associates! When I stop at DD it tends to be Saturday or Sunday around brunch & the jelly munchkins are ALWAYS sold out! I wish I remembered her name, might be a sup or mgr, but when I saw her last on Dec 31st our encounter just made my whole day, even though I didn't get the munchkins for my boyfriend. It was his birthday & she still did what she could to try to make up for it, & it's noticed! Thank you ladies!!

  They had ZERO glazed donuts at 930a on a Saturday! They're the most popular type of donut! They had 5 cars in the drive thru and 6 people in line to order! That's like Starbucks not having coffee.Unbelievable! Never again!

  We always do drive thru, but the store appears to be clean and orderly. Staff is courteous and quick. Doughnuts tend to taste old. Like a day old doughnut.

  I have been standing in the lobby for 16 minutes waiting for my food. They tell me the guy is slammed with food orders, yet I have seen multiple food orders go out the window. Unfortunate that drive thru gets all the food while lobby waits. I get it, that you have to keep the drive thru moving, but that shouldn’t mean to forget the people in the lobby. When I talked to them about it, they were very rude to me and said if you’re running late, you shouldn’t stop for coffee. But the thing is, I wasn’t running late. I was early. Took 20 minutes to get my food… absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!
