  I took my cousin here to get her makeup done before prom. One of the employees of the salon insisted that my cousin had an infected eye, after we told her she did not. My cousin was born with a lazy eye and her lid can appear swollen because of the shape. It was in no way infected, and they stylist insisted that it was, as if she was a doctor. After we told her it wasn't, she said "are you sure?" And "I'll do what I can." She acted like she didn't believe us, and that my cousin was unsanitary. My cousin has felt self conscious about her eye her entire life, and to have a stranger, who you trust to make you look and feel beautiful, not only point out but continue to insist that there is something wrong with your face is heartbreaking for a young person. I understand there might be protocol in place to not service someone who is ill, but after the situation was explained to her, she persisted and made me repeat myself about my cousins eye, in a soon full of strangers. She was embarrassed and I was appalled. Horrible experience.

  To be honest, I was very skeptical about the salon here but I decided to give them a shot and Gloria couldn’t have possibly done a better job on my hair!!! She took her time and it came out beyond perfect!!! I’m very satisfied and will for sure be visiting Gloria often for touch ups.

  Ok so let me start off by saying I'm under my husband google account but I had to review The Salon at Ulta. I have been coming to this location since they open their doors. I absolutely love the salon and the store as a whole. I'm always greeted when I walk in and ask if I need help every single time. A lot of people don't know there is a salon in the store. Yes a salon way in the back. My recent visit was last Thursday and I had stylist Gloria. Let me tell you she is AWESOME and very informative. We had a great conversation while she was doing my hair and lots of laughs. She also gives a great head\scalp massage that is so relaxing. I would recommend you ladies and gentlemen to come visit the Salon at Ulta and remember it's way in the back. - Marilyn Soto

  I went to the Brow Bar and came away feeling and looking like a Queen! Thalia is the one to see. She did an awesome job with my Tint and Wax and was fun to visit with, too. I'll be going back for sure.

  Gloria has been doing my hair for a while and I think she does a great job. She's a good colorist and she always does a scalp massage, which is divine! I also love that I get Ulta points which I can use for purchases in the store.
