  Went to Ulta to get new items for a upcoming vacation. I was in the store trying to find my correct foundation color. No staff to help! the security guard came over pretending to fix products and kept watching me. I felt so uncomfortable, I left a few mins later. Ordered online from Sephora.

  Average rating and here’s why. The staff there is very nice however they are sort of clueless as to what things are where. I called about an hour before to ask if they had something I wanted in stock (one lady said no and when I asked if she was sure, she transferred me and the other lady said they had 11). Then when I went to the store they only had one left and didn’t offer to look in the back. I took the last one even though the packaging was damaged. Small store which is probably why they don’t have a lot of things but since it’s a mall I feel they should have more stock.
