  Used to be better. Seems like they have become just like every other salon. Nail techs talk to each other and ignore customers . Rush through to get to next client.People sitting at front desk could care less.

  Horrible place rude and unprofessional! Got my nails done the ladies hands were shaking crazy, never had the worse manicure ever and the owner is super nasty. Don’t waste your time and money.

  I have been coming here for 1 year. Anna was a true professional. The place has a very cozy, spa like feel to it.Classy and affordable service

  I️ Live in Miami every time I️ go to New York I️ get my nails done here and they last forever and the Lucy lu team is the best I️ love them all! Super welcoming! Thank you can’t wait to go back
