  I will not be returning to this clinic. Their scheduling is atrocious, for one. As for my care, my first two appointments were okay; however, the third time that I had went to seek some answers about problems with my method of birth control did not end well at all. I went with an entire list of problems it has been causing me for a year, most of them being physical problems. The end result? A waste of $30 for them to try and throw me on antidepressants. These were two completely different things; yes, I had some mental symptoms on that list, but that was nowhere near the bulk of physical problems I was having. The longer I was there the more it felt like they were trying to force antidepressants on me regardless of how many times I said no. I eventually said I had no further qualms and would think about it just to avoid the peer pressure they were presenting me with. I have never felt so belittled and rushed in my entire life. I know my body before and after birth control; I KNOW something is wrong with this new method of birth control, and it is not rooting from depression. In the future, I will find a new clinic; one with a doctor that will listen, evaluate, and not try to rush me out of the office with a mediocre diagnosis.

  THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! Would not recommend to ANYONE for ANYTHING. Heard horror stories from several people, decided to try them anyway despite the negative word-of-mouth bc they take my insurance .Scheduling is an absolute nightmare and there is a serious lack of communication within the facility. It is impossible to get hold of a real person if you need to call, they do not return phone calls, and if you sign up for appt reminders you will not get them. They will arbitrarily schedule and reschedule appts for you, so you'll arrive thinking you're early but you're actually 20 minutes late..would'nt typically be a problem except for the fact that they refuse to see you if you're even a minute late and after 3 of those they remove you as a client and you can no longer be seen here, and they'll try to make you believe it's your fault. I was scheduled for an appt a week for a month, and at every single one they told me that is was for the same thing. I would say "I thought that's what happened last week?" And they say "well no I'm nut sure what last week was but we'll get it all in the computer right this week." 4 Weeks in a row!! At all 4 of those appts I was here for over 3 hours, and only was give prescriptions and checked out AFTER I hunted down a nurse and asked why I was still sitting here. One dr says wait bc another Dr needs to see you, and the other Dr WASN'T EVEN IN THE CLINIC THAT DAY. That trip was 3hrs45mins long . i arrived today to be told ONCE AGAIN that I missed my appt by 15 minutes, the receptionist says "you're only given a 15 minute grace period." When I said "ok good it's only just been 15 minutes" I was told sorry I need to reschedule. I literally have 1 pill left of 5 different prescriptions yet was told I'd have to wait 9 days to be able to get another appt. My visit was only to get my meds refilled!! I did not need to be seen for anything else, but they refused to even give me enough meds to last until I could get back in .EVERY SINGLE VISIT IS LIKE THIS. The drs are wonderful and nice, but administration and nurses are terrible and fail to communicate in every aspect, even my entire chart was wrong once bc someone had entered a whole visit in the wrong name . My story is typical of every person I've ever talked to that has visited this clinic. WOULD NEVER RECONMEND THIS CLINIC!! save yourself the time, hassle, and stress and find somewhere else .

  I wish they have a contact email address , it is really hard to communicate via telephone calls if you are someone working and have a busy schedule. I appreciate their service in the clinic. But this is something they should really pay attention to .

  Great people there ! Too bad you can't hardly get thru on the phone !! They need more help, at least to answer the phones ? What's up with that ?

  Unwelcome and unwilling to help a new patient, I am 28 weeks pregnant and I recently moved here, I was referred by a friend of mine .. so I was scheme to see a doctor.. they call me a day before saying that my appointment was canceled and the doctor will only see me after 3 weeks. Then I ask if there was no way for to see someone else but they said no Andi ask for morning appointment , they only had afternoon open .... I think I will never recommend this facility😷😷😷😷😷😷
