  Possibly the best, consistent workout Ive had. Im a 30 year old guy, former div 1 college athlete. I still am very active going to the gym 5-6 days a week. Although this is a gym that is much more females than males, that is most likely because they were on class pass. I have never been into going to classes/boot camps as I never felt the need for some “trainer,” that went to a few seminars to push me. However the whole crew at beach fit is extremely well versed in the TRX system. Strongly recommend this to all fitness levels. Absolutely everyone can get a solid workout in. Definitely not a female or beginners/gimmeck workout. Its the only fitness/gym work out my girlfriend and I can both attend and be content with. Burning anywhere from 600-900 calories per 50 min class. Already getting tons of comments on the changes in my body in just over a month. These workout help to hit all the “active” muscles i miss from no longer playing a contact sport 6 days a week. Prices are fair, no other gym like this. A welcomed change from the cross fit cult gyms i cant stand.

  I am a huge fan of TRX & functional training. I signed up for the 30 days for $30. I am very impressed with BeachFIT! The professionalism & challenging class instruction given by Mike & his trainers is invaluable. There are a variety of classes designed for different fitness levels. The class schedule is very flexible as I am a busy working mom of a busy young athlete. I plan on purchasing a package & continuing with BeachFIT & working toward my fitness goals at 50+!

  My wife and I love BeachFIT Long Island! We first started to get in shape for our wedding and enjoyed the workouts (and Mike & Christina!) so much we just can’t stop! Highly recommend!

  Excellence doesn't describe the level of expertise given to each member that attends BeachFit! Mike, Christine and staff are amazing. Organized, professional, patient and kind! Each class changes day to day, so you will not get bored! Always a challenge. I also feel it's necessary to inform that BeachFit is extremely clean! I highly recommend! You would won’t disappointed!

  Staff is friendly, motivating, encouraging and supportive. Their classes are amazing. Any level of fitness can come and enjoy their classes with feeling successful. Their small group classes give each person a chance to work to their potential. You all need to go and give them a chance.
