  What an amazing team they've got here at South Shore Hyundai - I was skeptical about advertised prices and the like but Mike Ficklin has got to be the nicest, most honest guy I've ever dealt with in sales!! His team is simply amazing with special shout out to Lulu, the sales manager and Dino the General Manager the experience was smooth, transparent and about as effortless as it gets!! Walked in with many ideas, but walked out with an awesome leather interior Tuscon that drives like magic and is my new living room replacement!! The team could not do enough to accommodate me from beginning to end!! Seriously folks, South Shore Hyundai is the PLACE TO GO for WYSIWYG leasing and financing!! Kudos to the whole team and USE THEM!!! :-)

  Right on arrival we were introduced to Niki Mastrantricos whom we found pleasant, professional and very efficient. She tried to find the car that we were interested in right away. Niki did not put undue pressure to close the deal She is knowledgeable in the car that we selected and gave a thorough orientation about the car.. Overall it was a great experience with Niki and Christine.

  My review is about service and sales. On 04/16/18 I walked in with my 2017 Hyundai Tucson for recall and oil change. My service advisor was Christine. I have to say my experience was a really good one. Christine went above and beyond for me. I was out of service in less than 2 hours despite the fact that I walked in without an appointment. Christine even went the extra mile and replaced my faulty tire air caps. I am extremely satisfied with my experience, thank you Christine. I would also like to mention that I bought my Tucson at this very location. Rob was my sales advisor. I would recommend you go to him for the best deal!!

  I came in looking for a affordable mid size SUV, and left with just that! I was greeted at the door by Mike who took very good care of me. Mike as well as Mitch worked with me to get the car of my dreams without breaking the bank . My overall experience was a positive one I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

  The reason I gave South Shore Hyundai a five star rating is because I've had nothing but great experiences there since I purchased my 2018 Santa Fe Sport. From the very moment I walked onto the lot, Ronald was right there to greet me and make me feel like a valued customer. They answered all of my questions, as well as questions I didn't know I'd have. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I feel like I got a good deal and not like I was being taken advantage of. I've since been back to have my car serviced twice for routine maintenance and they're fast and efficient. I don't even have to ask for them to wash my car. Just good folks there who make everything easy breezy.
