  Be careful with this place, they want you money only, the technician told me my car have a transmision damage, $8000 cost fix the problem or bring the my car every month for replaced transmision fluid, I did that for 8 months, I trust them, but I brought my car to different dealer ( Paragon Acura in Queens) and the diagnostic there was: transmision leak, and not fluid changed for long time they just refill the fluid every month but I paid fluid change because they told me was better for my transmision, they lie me with this and many things more, my car Acura mdx 2012 had only 680000 miles with TLC plates reason they told me warranty is not covert it. After Paragon Acura in Queens fixed my transmision leak and really changed the transmision fluid 7 months ago my car is running like New, did not have any damage but Acura valley stream wanted that because they can make $8000 easy just fixing a leak.

  I took my boyfriends car to get serviced, and all the staff, especially ALAIN, was so helpful. Alain made sure I got a ride to the mall nearby, so I wouldn’t have to wait at the office. He also cleaned my car in such a timely manner, he also left my car spotless !! Ask, for Alain! He will make sure you get taken care of and that your car is spotless!!

  I went for a oil change and spend 3 hours in there. Unacceptable. They said for oil change it shouldn’t take more than 30 mins, but took me 3 hours. SMH
