  Patient was paranoid and unwilling to speak with anyone here. The staff here were so patient and kind, the patient was able to open up and receive help. Thank you guys!

  The people who answer the phone are NASTY. When they pick up, they always make it seem like you’re bothering them and making them do so much work. They also do not not what they are talking about. They tell you one thing and then something else another time. I called and asked about visiting hours and they said a different time yesterday then they did today. The girl I talked to on the phone gave me attitude and was very rude when I said something back about the hours being switched.

  Stroke victim with full shoulder replacement.NSICU care was excellent.Step down care was good.Next level down care has less nurse to patient ratio which equates to less individual attention. We had to wait 1.5 for a nurse to address a blood in urine situation.

  Very good hospital. Great doctors here. Best specialist in the world (I think).
